About the Program

The Bridge Collective's mentorship program isn't a program in the corporate sense — it's a commitment. Every match is intentional, every check-in earned, every milestone celebrated.
Our mentors aren't strangers. They are barbers, teachers, formerly incarcerated leaders, and working professionals who know the South and West sides because they live there.

From financial basics to conflict de-escalation, the tools our youth need to navigate adulthood.

Tutoring, college tours, and partnerships with CPS to keep our youth in classrooms and graduating.
